I was born in Rome, and I have spent most of my life there. I come from a family that has producedlawyers for generations.
Being of Catholic formation, as a boy I attended the Massimiliano Massimo Institute, a prestigious Jesuit college and then the Francesco Vivona High School.
I obtained a degree in law at the University La Sapienza in Rome, a historic and famous university whose foundation dates back to 1303.
I also studied philosophy at the Pontifical Gregorian University in Rome.
I attended postgraduate master’s degrees in industrial law and international law at La Sapienza University and LUISS (Free International University of Social Studies).
I have a U.S. Commercial Law degree from the Beasley School of Law at Temple University.
In the 1990s, I taught at the Film Business School in Madrid.
While I was cutting my teeth, I lived and worked in Paris, in the internal legal department of Gaumont S.A.
For numerous years, I have been part of the arbitration panel of the IFTA and also of the American Arbitration Association for quite some time.
I have been a member of the Bar of Rome since 1983 and a member of the Italian Bar of the Superior Courts since 1997.
In my professional activity, I have been involved, with equal interest, in consulting, contractual assistance and litigation.
I have also sponsored cases in several non-Italian forums, including collaborations with non-Italian law firms.
I have assisted private clients and companies, starting from the basic level to reach those of a certain importance; I have treated all with the same commitment and dedication.
According to circumstances and needs, I make use of collaborators, in all sectors, which I choose accurately, based on professional and human qualities.
In the past, I practiced several sports.
I nurture various cultural interests.
I’m married and have one son.

I was born in Rome.
I have a predisposition for maths that lured me to J. F. Kennedy State Scientific High School.
While pursuing a three-year degree in economics and business management at the University of Roma Tre, I carried out numerous extracurricular activities, including learning English and taking programming courses.
I obtained a master’s degree at LUISS (Free University of Social Studies) with a specialisation in Banking Economics and Financial Intermediaries.
In addition to several extracurricular activities, I was part of the Team that represented the university in a prestigious financial competition, held in Toronto. In the 2 years, we ranked 4th and 6th out of 52 universities respectively, coming first in 3 of the sub-competitions.
At the SEPE (School of European Political Economy) of LUISS, I completed a postgraduate master’s degree in banking, winning a scholarship.
In 2021 I started an internship with a major firm of accountants and statutory auditors. In addition to the ordinary activities of these two professions, I had the opportunity to carry out revisions of highly innovative projects in the field of Industry 4.0.
I also followed relevant practices regarding investments in corporate Digital Transformation, submitting applications for IRS.
While remaining in collaboration with the previous firm, I have started a collaborative activity at another important firm.
Here, I interface with the world of cinema and audiovisual daily and, in addition to having deepened the profession’s ordinary activities in the specific field of the Studio, I have been directly involved in consulting and reviewing applications for Audiovisual contributions with municipal, regional and ministerial bodies.
